For my students in 9B

Please comment on the following:

We cannot always build the future for our youth, but we can build our youth for the future. ~Franklin Delano Roosevelt

  1. I think Roosevelt is right. Things don't always go as planned and there are always less pleasant surprises that make it harder for us to build a better future, but we can teach our youth to handle the future, right? I mean, nothing is impossible and as long as we try and don't give up we will surely succeed!

  2. I agree with the saying!! Many parents tend to build our future and I know they just want it to be bright and I understand. But the parents always forget that we are capable of constructing our own good future and they just have to remind us indirectly that we should do it.They can and they should advise us because we don't always make the right choices.
I believe that we can make these changes as Mr. Franklin says ,,build our youth for the future" and than the relationship between parents and children will certainly meet some good improvement.

  3. We can build our future only with hard work and seriousness. But we should never stop dreaming, because only with our dreams and hopes we can get where we want to reach. We build the future, because we try to change the world through our small actions. The world should listen what we have to say!!

  4. I agree with what Mr. Franklin said. In my opinion we are too young to make the right decisions. We need someone to help us to do them. And those people are our parents. They always want the best for us and they support us almost in everything even in building our youth for the future. Basically they open us the way of life.
The teenagers realize that only when they become an adult.
